Our own products

CRATON's own products and the real status of each

What we are building for ourselves.

Beyond the custom projects we deliver for clients, we develop our own products. Here is the real status of each one, without promising what doesn't exist yet. Transparency is a pillar, not a detail.

Why a products page that sells nothing

Most software companies show their own products as if they were finished: a demo screen, a free trial button, a feature list written in the future tense. Then the visitor clicks and finds a waiting list form. Neither of the two products below is finished, and that is why neither has a demo button on this page.

What you get here is the real state of each one, with the reason it is in that state and the concrete next step. It is the same yardstick we apply to deadlines and scope on client projects: promising what does not exist costs more than admitting it does not exist yet, and it costs precisely when trust would be useful.

An absence deserves an explanation too. Simone Control is not on this list, even though it is the most mature software CRATON has ever built: it is a client's custom system, not a product of the house. Its place is the portfolio, and mixing the two would mean selling as a product something built for one specific business.

System for Young Lawyers

In discovery

Legal management platform

A management platform for small law firms, focused on young lawyers early in their careers. A natural extension of our legal vertical.

The idea came out of conversations with lawyers starting their careers, who inherit the administrative side of a practice without the structure for it: deadlines, clients, documents and finances scattered across a calendar, a spreadsheet and memory. It is the same pattern CRATON has already solved in another sector, with the difference that here a specific professional rule applies. Until there are enough conversations with the people who would live the problem daily, none of this becomes a requirement, and invented requirements are the most expensive way to write software.

  • Still in requirements gathering, with no code written
  • No feature assumed without validating with the target audience
  • Next step: discovery meeting with real lawyers

CRATON Zelo

Future vision

Modular ERP as a service

Modular ERP as a service for shops and retail in general, directly inspired by our experience with Simone Control. The client would only contract the modules they need.

Three years building and rebuilding an ERP for a real shop made it clear what repeats across businesses and what is each one's exception. Zelo would be the part that repeats, sold by module, for those without the size for a full custom system. The concept is solid and the pause is honest: a product sold as a service needs support, recurring billing and continuous development, and that competes head-on with the schedule of the person currently serving clients. It comes back when there is structure to sustain it, not before.

  • A solid concept, on hold due to complexity and priorities
  • No planned start for 2026
  • A natural resumption after the lawyer system is validated

Need a system that doesn't exist yet?

Maybe what you need is a custom project, not an off-the-shelf product. Tell us your idea, even a loose one.
