Real cases, with full permission.

We don't work with made-up showcase projects. These two cases have had public-use authorization from the start, with names, stories and technical details in the open.

What each project solved

Problem, solution, timeline and outcome

Portfolios usually show a pretty screen and an adjective. What decides a hire is something else: what the problem was, what got built, how long it took and what changed afterwards. The two records below answer that in order, with no figure we cannot back up.

Simone Control

The problem
A second-hand shop running from the owner's home, tracking customers, products, sales and consignment by hand in notebooks. Any stocktake ate up her entire weekend, and the information existed only in her head.
The solution
A custom management system, rebuilt four times as the business grew: from the first local version on the shop laptop to a desktop application issuing NF-e and NFC-e through SEFAZ, with 63 endpoints rewritten in Rust.
The timeline
About three years of continuous work, across four complete generations of the system. The first version replaced the notebooks within a few months.
The outcome
The business moved out of the house into a shop of its own and later to a spot in the town centre, upgrading from MEI to ME. The system followed every step, and updates now arrive remotely, with no on-site visit.

Attorney Maria Fernanda Vetere's Website

The problem
A lawyer with a digital presence that did not show up in search, in a market where people looking for a lawyer start on Google and where advertising has rules of its own, the OAB's Provimento 205.
The solution
A site with server-side rendering, a blog she manages through her own panel, structured data on every page, credentialed authorship and Google Business integration for the map and live reviews.
The timeline
About a month until the site went live, with the technical SEO work continuing afterwards in agreed stages.
The outcome
Organic impressions grew roughly tenfold since the SEO overhaul and keep climbing. The strongest signal is not a number: the client wrote, set up and published her first article on her own, with no help from us.

Both clients granted public use of their name, story and technical details. Where there is no permission, CRATON does not name a client, and that is why this portfolio has two projects instead of a long list.
