How CRATON works
CRATON is a small shop serving small businesses, and the two fit together better than they seem to. The person who answers your message is the person who writes the code, so nothing gets lost between service, management and delivery, and a technical question is settled in the same conversation.
Scope is agreed in writing before anything starts, with intermediate milestones and an agreed deadline. Nothing goes into production unmeasured: speed, accessibility and security are verified on every delivery, not promised in the proposal. That is why the very site you are reading is the strongest commercial argument we have.
The trade-off is capacity: one project at a time, and that is stated on purpose before anyone asks. When the queue is full the answer is a date and not a maybe, because promising availability that does not exist is exactly what produces the supplier who disappears halfway through.

What CRATON does not do
We do not sell social media management, paid ads, visual identity or photography. We do not assemble sites on ready-made platforms with third-party plugins, and we do not take a project only to subcontract it. When what you need is one of those things, we say so in the first reply, even when accepting would mean more work in the month.
We also do not compete on price. There is always someone charging less, and what that figure hides tends to surface in the thirteenth month, when the plugin has stopped, nobody updates the site and the supplier no longer replies. What you buy here is engineering one person can maintain for years, with the person who built it still answering.
